Tech & Diversity Champion

For over 25 years at Microsoft, Kimberly Fuqua has turned strategy into customer success and worked to make tech more inclusive. As EMEA  Director, Customer Experience, she champions both innovation and belonging.

Kim co-created Blacks at Microsoft (BAM)’s Leadership Coaching Program, served on Microsoft Netherlands’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and now advocates through American Chamber of Commerce (NL), LUMO Labs, and UWC Maastricht’s Female Empowerment Project.

With certifications as Certified Diversity Professional and Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, plus a background in program management and cross-cultural leadership, she brings strategy to life and help others rise.

She also loves stepping onto a stage. Whether she’s speaking about gender equality, cultural diversity, or the future of leadership, her goal is always the same: to inspire change that lasts long after the applause.

Kim’s mission is simple.

She wants to open doors for underrepresented groups, rewrite the story of who leads in tech, and empower the next generation to rise higher and dream bigger.

Kimberly Fuqua isn't just a leader; she's a Catalyst For Change.

I champion authentic leadership and a tech industry that’s diverse, dynamic, and daring. My work blends corporate experience, advocacy, and mentorship to make innovation and inclusion the standard, not the exception.

Every initiative, stage, and mentorship fuels my mission to empower a new generation to transform tech. Leadership is not just answering the call. It is redefining it and opening the door for others to lead too.
