At the VDS 2025,
I had the pleasure of joining Alex Tavassoli and Ania Hajdrowska for a powerful conversation on “Empathy at Scale: How VR is Reshaping Leadership and Culture.”

Together, we had a conversation (change starts with healthy, robust dialogue 😉 ) about how immersive tech can help leaders feel what others experience — to build cultures where people feel safe to create, innovate, and thrive as their full selves.
