MOVEMENT IS KEY

I began my fitness journey 25 years ago, shortly after giving birth to my son, Allen.

While my colleagues at Microsoft were training for marathons and Ironmans, I was focused on recovering from childbirth.

What started as a recovery process evolved into a newfound capability.

I discovered a natural talent for teaching exercise classes, became a certified instructor and personal trainer in 2002, and found immense joy in helping others grow stronger.

This not only fueled my energy to parent two young children but also supported my career as a senior leader in big tech.

Movement and exercise have been an integral part of my routine for decades, but it’s only recently that I’ve realized fitness is essential for building a life that empowers me to think clearly, lead with intention, invest wisely, and fully engage in all aspects of life—work, love, and impact.
