Pritam Jha – ACC, CPCC ‘s keynote on flexibility and your next chapter was the perfect setup.

Then we moved into the real work: how to use Emotional Intelligence to claim your voice and tell your story—especially when the spaces you’re in haven’t always made room for it.

The intellect and brilliance in that room was impressive. The women leaned in and pushed back.

How do we navigate male-dominated workplaces and the bigotry that comes with them?

One woman spoke powerfully about opposing the Taliban’s oppression of women in her home country of Afghanistan. Her story was shocking, but motivating all at the same time.

This is what happens when you bring together intelligent, courageous women who are willing to think, feel, and act with intention.
