These are the best words to describe my first TEDx speaking event produced by TEDx Coolhaven Women. The TEDx Salon format is unique because it allows the audience to become a part of the conversation with two-way dialogue between the speakers and attendees.

It was an honor to share the spotlight with my fellow speakers Varinka Bouma-Iseli and Fiona McDonnell ! These two women are the walking embodiments of the theme of the day “Leadership Redefined”.
