This was the message I delivered to the ASML Female Network Tech Talk audience on November 11th. ASML is fulfilling its purpose of “unlocking the potential of people and society by pushing technology to new limits”! This event gave many ASML employees of all genders the opportunity to surface and acknowledge inclusion and empowerment barriers and then educate themselves on how to dismantle them to build a more inclusive workplace.
