Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate a workshop on embedding inclusion and ethics as infrastructure in the digital economy at the kickoff of the New Economy Workgroup initiative.
The conversation was powerful — full of bold ideas and real commitment to building companies where diversity, inclusion, and digital equity are not afterthoughts, but core to growth and innovation.
There’s much more work ahead to create a truly inclusive digital ecosystem across the Netherlands — and the workshop dialogue was an inspiring reminder that change is not only possible, it’s already underway.
The event is an initiative of VNO-NCW Metropolitan Region of Amsterdam, Internet Society Netherlands, and the Dutch New Narrative Lab (DNNL), and provides practical tools for businesses transitioning towards a more digital, inclusive, and circular economy.
